Our goal was to give people the best quality at the best price. Our beef comes from a stockyard in Chicago. We buy our turkey raw and bake it fresh to slice for our sandwiches. We have a smokehouse on the grounds, for our prime rib and barbecue, and for the specials it allows us to offer, like smoked meatloaf.
We’re what you might call upscale casual, a place where you can come wearing jeans and still enjoy a great meal.
